Happy Sunday!

Yesterday’s work out session turned out to be a  jump rope session with some squats, lunges and stand up chest presses mixed in.

Afterwards, I refueled with some veggies and spicy hummus…

and my addiction –  Pirate’s Booty! ;)

Dinner was sooo good!! The guys did a get a great job cooking up the tri-tip, shrimp and beans.  Have I mentioned yet? I <3 beans! :)

We stayed up pretty late and enjoyed lots of laughs while playing Taboo! :)

This morning’s breakfast consisted of pancakes ;) eggs and canadian ham

with some double spice chai tea.  It tasted just like Fall! :)

Now we’re enjoying a little more of hang out time before we need to pack up.

I’m looking forward to doing some sightseeing before we head home.
