Yesterday’s work out session turned out to be a jump rope session with some squats, lunges and stand up chest presses mixed in.
Afterwards, I refueled with some veggies and spicy hummus…
and my addiction – Pirate’s Booty!
Dinner was sooo good!! The guys did a get a great job cooking up the tri-tip, shrimp and beans. Have I mentioned yet? I <3 beans!
We stayed up pretty late and enjoyed lots of laughs while playing Taboo!
This morning’s breakfast consisted of pancakes eggs and canadian ham
with some double spice chai tea. It tasted just like Fall!
Now we’re enjoying a little more of hang out time before we need to pack up.
I’m looking forward to doing some sightseeing before we head home.
