1. PB2 – I’m in LOVE with this stuff, especially the chocolate version. Chocolate + Peanut Butter. Seriously what’s not to love?? Two tablespoons of regular peanut butter (not counting any chocolate) will set you back about 190 calories, whereas chocolate PB2 is only 45 calories for 2 tablespoons. To learn more about PB2, check out my review from a few months back.

2. Kamut Puffs – they are whole grain, sodium free, no sugar added and only 50 calories a cup! Good to have on hand when you get the munchies or you want to add something crunchy to your yogurt.

3. Pirate’s Booty Individual bags – 65 calories a bag. I don’t eat these everyday but they sure do the trick when I’m having a craving for a salty or cheesy snack!

Question: What’s one of your pantry staples?
XOXO,
Angel

Love PB2–although I’ve switched to just using peanut flour–similar idea. One of my pantry staples is nutritional yeast (nooch). I use it to make creamy salad dressings, and as a substitute for where you might sprinkle cheese (on chili, for example). It’s a great source of protein and all sorts of vitamins and minerals.
I’ve heard about it, that is def on my next to try list!
Do you buy it in the store or order it online?
Can not wait to try! I wanted to let you know, today I got the almond butter. So good we ate it on a banana
YUM!!! One of my favorite ways to eat it!!
