- 1/2 scoop of FitMiss Vanilla Chai protein powder (you can also use their Strawberry N’ Cream)
- 1/4 c instant oatmeal
- 1/4 c of mashed banana
- 1/2 tsp. of baking powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp. of unsweetened almond milk
- Spray a mug with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients together & Mix.
- Cover mug cake with plastic wrap so it doesn’t rise over the top.
- Microwave for 1 min 45 seconds – 2 minutes.
Top with Berry Frosting
- In a blender mix together 1 tbsp. of milk, 1/4 c plain Greek yogurt , the other half of your FitMiss protein powder & 1/4 c berries.
- Pour over your mug cake.
