That lead me into doing lots of research on how to avoid all that! ^^^ Here’s what I found out!
I get asked all the time what my workout routine consists of so I want to share with you what I am working on right now.
A strength training session can take me anywhere between 35-50 minutes to complete.
3.5 mile run takes me half an hour to complete.
HIIT consists of a 5 min warm-up & 5 min cool down. The actual HIIT lasts 20 minutes. My HIIT consists of walking/jogging to all out sprinting.
