Wednesday Eats
Coconut flour pancakes with chocolate casein frosting made a come back, yesterday (and today!
) I topped my delicious pancakes with a few banana slices and a handful of pine nuts.
For lunch, I put together a big plate of salad! It consisted of spinach, fat free feta cheese, avocado, meatless meatballs (crumbled up) and a toasty whole wheat pita that I broke into chips. I made this for lunch a lot when I use to work in an office. Super simple to make, not to mention very tasty.
Because today is Thanksgiving, I wanted to take a break from ‘making’ dinner last night so I threw a vitapizza in the oven, hit the spot! Really yummy!

I wish I would have saw this earlier on Pinterest! I totally would have done it, oh well, there’s always next year!

Wishing you and your family love & happiness this Thanksgiving.
Question: Working out today? Or is it a rest day?
XOXO,
Angel

Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving, Michelle!
Thanks for the workout! My arms are burning! It really helps to list the exercise with the picture, then I know exactly what to do!
So glad you liked it!
Looking forward to the Chiseled Arm Workout tonight! I had a printout of the TV workout in my house and did that last night since now I actually do have time to watch TV and dont’ have to be reading a book, instead did your work out! Loved it the 2nd half was the hardest though.
