How was your Halloween?
I kicked off mine with something sweet for breakfast…french toast. It wasn’t just any french toast though, it was french toast packed with tons of protein. To make it, I used two egg whites and Julian’s Bakery cinnamon raisin bread giving me a total of 39 grams of protein for breakfast.
About an hour later, I got in my workout for the day – a 5.25 mile run.

For lunch I put together a quick turkey wrap with a small (65 calorie) bag of Pirate’s Booty. Simple & delicious.

Our family got together yesterday for Halloween to enjoy an evening of eating, drinking and 1st time trick or treating with the two girls. I made a salad to take to my sister’s house and my appletini sangria also made an appearance at our gathering last night.

For dinner we ordered pizza…a real crowd pleaser!

Our 1st of many Halloweens with my daughter Mila (aka Cinderella) and my goddaughter/niece Miabella (aka Snow White).
The girl’s 1st Halloween started early yesterday. We visited grandma & nina at work, which also happens to be my old workplace, before I had her.
Everybody loved seeing the girls in their costumes.
They loved the cupcake desk with all the candy!

Hope you had an amazing Halloween!
XOXO,
Angel

awwwww . . . your girls look adorable! And your costume is fun, too.
Looks like a great time!
