Makes 8 bites
Nutritional stats: 74 calories each, 8g carbs, 5g protein, 0.9g sat fat, 2g fiber and 4.7g sugar.
- 2 scoops of FitMiss Vanilla Chai protein powder
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 4 tbsp. of coconut flour (or you can sub it for almond meal but the nutritional stats will change)
- 3 tbsp. of water
- 2 tbsp. of chopped nuts
- 2 tbsp. of carob chips or dark chocolate chips
Super Simple Directions
- Throw all your ingredients into a bowl and mix it all together with your hands.
- Roll into 8 balls and store in the freezer.
- Take them out of the freezer just a few minutes before you’re ready to eat.
