To end this post on an even sweeter note, here is a quick & delicious recipe that I just posted yesterday on Facebook and Instagram using FitMiss Strawberry N’ Cream & Vanilla Chai.
Strawberry Mug Shortcake
- For the cake – mix together 2 tbsp of almond meal (which is just fine grounded almonds & can be purchased at Trader Joe’s), 2 tbsp of water, 1 egg white & 1 scoop of Strawberry N’ Cream FitMiss protein powder.
- Microwave in a mug for about 1 min & 15 seconds.
- Frosting is 1/4 c plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp of FitMiss vanilla chai & 1 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk.
- Final touch a sprinkle of cinnamon & frozen berries heated up.
Entire recipe- 264 calories, 1.5g s fat, 30g protein, 12.2g carbs, 4.3g fiber & 5.5g sugar
