With Valentine’s Day less than a week away, I though it’d be  a great time to create a work out circuit good for our hearts and can be done at home, or anywhere for that matter. :)

And to end this post on an even sweeter note, here are a few cute Valentine treats I found on Pinterest that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth but won’t leave you regretting your Valentine’s treat the next day! :)

I want to make these chocolate dipped strawberries but probably with chopped nuts instead! ;)

 

P.S. I haven’t share pics of my eats from this week and I know a lot of you enjoy seeming them so tomorrow’s post will be packed with my food photos!! ;) :)

    I love all the fruit-inspired Valentine’s Day treats! I love tucking a dark chocolate chip into strawberries and raspeberries for a quick, healthy dessert. :)
