In honor of National Pizza Month…

I made this delicious egg white pita pizza for breakfast this morning.

It’s super simple & easy and you can play around with the toppings, according to your preference! ;)

Egg White Pita Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat pita
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 slice of canadian ham
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1/4 -1/2 of a tomato
  • 1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge

Directions:

Toast pita in oven or toaster until crisp.

Cook ham & spinach, set aside.  Season egg whites with sea salt & pepper, pour in pan.   Allow to cook for a few mins on one side and then flip to cook on the other side.

Meanwhile, spread the laughing cow cheese over the toasted  pita.

Once the eggs are cooked, place them on top of the pita.

Then add the rest of your toppings.  Ham, spinach, tomato and sriracha were my choice of toppings this morning. 

I might not look too appetizing but I promise you it is delicious and it’s under 300 calories !! :)

      Hi Evette!!
      My advice would be to create a blog about a subject/interests that you really love & am passionate about! If you do that, everything just starts to fall in place and you’ll have fun doing it. :)
