I like to try out new protein powders if I find one with great nutritional stats. Even though, it’s a little pricier that the ‘usual’ 2 lb. protein powders, I still wanted to give it a try after reading all it’s benefits.

Apple Cider Vinegar

I drink two tablespoons of this every morning.  To make it more pleasant tasting, you can add a few drops of stevia to your water & acv mixture or you can add in a little honey.  I drink this mixed with a glass of water – nothing else.

Spirulina
Never heard of it? Spirulina is type of blue green algae and a SUPER FOOD.
It is rich in:

    When drinking the Acv mixture does it matter how much water I drink with it? Thanks for the info.

      Nope it doesn’t matter. You could drink it straight, if you wanted to. :)
