I know I’ve mentioned this before but I love oats in a jar! I ate it three times within the last few days, so you know I had to share it with you! As I mentioned Saturday, we spent the weekend at my in-laws so I made a few oats in a jar to take with me for my first meal of the day during our visit there.
Here is what I added in my almost empty jar of peanut/almond butter.
In this order
- 2 Tbsp. non-fat cottage cheese
- 3 Tbsp. of oats
- 2 Tsp. of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp. of oats
- 2 tbsp non-fat plain greek yogurt (flavored with cinnamon & stevia)
- Topped with blueberries/bananas
