Overnight Oats & Thanksgiving Re-cap

Hey Friends!

How was your Thanksgiving? Mine was great! :)

I hadn’t made overnight oats in forever so when I saw we had an empty jar of cookie butter (the hub’s fav) I decided it was about time!  Here’s my protein version that I devoured enjoyed yesterday post-workout! ;)

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or you can use cinnamon)
Directions

Add everything to an empty peanut butter jar (or tupperware) and stir.  Place in fridge overnight.  Enjoy the next day. :)

To some, it may not look too appetizing but I promise you, try it once and you will LOVE it!!!!  I scraped the jar! ;)

 Coconut flour pancakes again yesterday, I just couldn’t resist. :) :)
