How was your Thanksgiving? Mine was great!
I hadn’t made overnight oats in forever so when I saw we had an empty jar of cookie butter (the hub’s fav) I decided it was about time! Here’s my protein version that I
devoured enjoyed yesterday post-workout!
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or you can use cinnamon)
Add everything to an empty peanut butter jar (or tupperware) and stir. Place in fridge overnight. Enjoy the next day.
To some, it may not look too appetizing but I promise you, try it once and you will LOVE it!!!! I scraped the jar!
Coconut flour pancakes again yesterday, I just couldn’t resist.
