My weekend was fabulous. If you’ve been keeping track of my blog you will know I got to spend the entire weekend with my family, aww I love those guys!!

Can you tell my mom is sad the weekend is ending?
After a weekend of morning mimosas, pancakes and excessive amounts of pirate’s booty I knew I had to get back to eating right since 80% of the way we look is based on what we eat and 20% on the exercise we do.
For breakfast this morning, I made me an egg white omelet with ham, spinach, artichokes, spinach, pesto and laughing cow cheese…
topped with sriracha sauce and a slice of toast. It was gooood!!
I wasn’t hungry for my usual oatmeal after my 6 mile run today but about a half an hour later, I did want to eat lunch!
I made me an open faced turkey sandwich with veggies & spicy hummus.
The hubs has business out of town this week so I will be packing us up again. Since this is a business trip, I will be taking more ‘clean’ eats with me. Check out my next blog post for the essentials I bring when going out of town and sticking to a fit & healthy routine. :)
