Greek yogurt, 1/2 banana, PB2 (peanut flour) and a melted banana nut muffin Quest bar.
Egg white wrap and a spinach salad topped with low sodium salami, peppercinis, artichokes and feta cheese.
Taco Salad made with homemade pinto beans, ground turkey, avocado, greek yogurt, jalapeño and tapatio.
French toast bake topped with banana protein fluff (pureed cottage cheese, greek yogurt & banana)
Throw the food in your fridge bowl – pinto beans, ground turkey, veggies & eggs and topped with avocado & tapatio.
Whole wheat wrap crisped and topped with fire roasted pizza sauce, spinach, onions, peppers, jalapeños, ground turkey & a little mozzarella cheese.
Proats (aka protein oats) 1/4 c steel cut oats cooked in almond milk & water then added in 3 egg whites towards the end to cook to make proats. Enjoyed it from an empty jar of peanut butter.
Salmon salad made with chopped spinach, peppercinis, onion, cucumber, mustard and tapatio, laid on top of a few low-carb “fluffy” mini tortillas.
Chicken-less Orange Mandarin Morsels (purchased from Trader Joe’s) with my clean fried rice.
Half of a P28 wrap (cut it in half again) to make 2 tacos filled with soyrizo, eggs (1 egg/2 whites), salsa & avocado.
Spinach salad topped with chicken meatballs, brown rice, red onion, artichokes, peppercinis and light Italian dressing.
Half of a crisped P28 wrap topped with tomato sauce, sauteed onions, garlic, spinach and steak, jalapeños and a sprinkle of parm cheese
Starting from the bottom of the bowl - Pinto beans (which is being covered by all the other food ), brown rice, tilapia, green beans & asparagus.
Stuffed salmon, broccoli quinoa and a side of avocado.
Broccoli quinoa with hard boiled eggs (1 whole egg and spicy greek yogurt from Costco in the other 2)
