Happy weekend, my friends!

Any fun plans for the weekend?  I have an appointment at the salon this afternoon to get my hair done, gotta love that! :)

This morning I woke up and felt like I owed you a bunch of food pics since I sorta left you hanging this week with no photos of what I’ve been eating lately!  So today I share with you this weeks food! While, most of it at least! ;)

Stuffed French Toast – I’ll put the recipe for this great wonder on the blog this coming week! :)

Whole wheat pita, egg whites, spinach, guacamole, center cut bacon and salsa.

Same as photo above ^^ this one, minus the bacon. :)

Black beans topped with 1 egg/2 whites, salsa and guacamole with a diced sweet potato & red onion.

Egg whites with salsa and spinach, turkey bacon with a diced sweet potato & bell pepper.

Flat out with spicy hummus, spinach and hard boiled egg whites.

Spicy chicken, whole wheat pasta topped with spinach.

Greek salad topped with whole wheat pita, chicken meatballs (purchased from Costco), red onion, cucumber, fat free feta cheese and artichokes.  Dressed with Ken’s Lite Northern Italian dressing.

Baked sweet potato topped with guacamole and spicy chicken.

Spicy Chicken (recipe on the blog) with brown rice.

Low-Carb Steak fajita tacos with homemade black beans and topped with fat free feta cheese.

Annnd I had to throw in this funny photo of my sweet love! Can’t believe she’s already 1!! :)

Daddy & I agree Mommy is the Best! ;)
