One more day until Thanksgiving! How are you getting prepared? Have time to fit in a killer leg circuit this week? Remember, your legs are your power stations, the largest muscle in your body. More muscle= More calories burned.
You will need a set of dumbbells for half of the exercises and the other half requires no equipment.

Tuesday’s Eats
I took a break from my sweet coconut flour pancakes to have a savory breakfast of soyrizo, egg whites, spinach and wholly guacamole that I topped on a crispy whole wheat pita. Yum. Yum. Yum.
For lunch, I nuked up a serving of meatless meatballs with a few tablespoons of no-salt added marinara sauce and used that with some spinach to make a wrap. I also added some crunch and sweetness with a few baby carrots and apple slices.
To end my day of great eats, for dinner I cooked up a salmon burger that I split in half and topped on thick rounds of sweet potato with a side salad. I don’t know who I got the idea from but I saw it on IG awhile back and I’m glad I did because it was great! Definitely doing that again!
