Are you ready for a major killer leg workout? I sure hope so because that’s exactly what this workout is! I did this circuit yesterday and my legs are mega sore today and I’m loving every part of it!
For this circuit, I did super sets. What are super sets you ask?
The super set concept is actually pretty simple. Choose two different exercises for the same muscle group and perform them back to back without a rest. This will extend the duration of the set and ensure that the target muscles work harder, therefore resulting in muscle growth. But don’t let me scare you with the muscle growth part ladies, you’re not going to get big and bulky. Lifting weights will actually tone and tighten your body!

I’m currently doing 30 minutes of cardio, 4 days a week. I work legs twice a week so those two days plus my rest day, I do not do any cardio.
