Ingredients for the crepes:
- 1 cup of egg substitute (or 4 egg whites)
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 stevia packet
Directions for Crepes
Mix egg whites, greek yogurt, vanilla, cocoa powder and stevia together until everything is well blended. Pour a quarter of the batter into a well sprayed non-stick cooking pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. (I used an 8 inch pan.)
Ingredients for the filling
- 1/2 cup nf plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chocolate pb2 (this can be left out, if you don’t have it)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 stevia packet
Directions for filling
- Stir all of the ingredients together. Place a few tablespoons of filling into the middle of each crepe and roll it up.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of Dark Chocolate Dreams for 20-30 seconds and pour over the middle of the crepes. If you don’t have dark chocolate dreams you can substitute it for peanut butter or almond butter. Melt it for about 30 seconds and then stir in a teaspoon of cocoa.
- Sprinkle crepes with unsweetened cocoa powder.

You have the best recipe ideas! Please keep sharing:)
Aw, thank you so much love!
Hi Angel, I am new to your blog and really love it. I am not very good with Facebook as I am only on there once in a while. I posted a comment but I don’t think it posted (or maybe it did : ) Anyhow, I have the message below as well, not sure if you have any advice to share! : ) And sorry for all the questions in advance – you don’t have to answer!! : )
Hi Angel, I love your blog. I came across it while reading Maria Kang’s facebook page. I am 8 weeks post-partum with my second (this time we had a baby girl she’s awesome!) and have been back to working out (at home) more consistently and have kicked up the intensity recently. I rarely used to do cardio, but since I have some weight to shed I am doing some DVDs at home. Clean eating of course, but with all the nursing I am very hungry all the time, so I am ‘eating to hunger’ just making sure I am eating clean. But cutting back or counting calories right now just does not feel like my body wants that. Question – after you gave birth did you have much weight to lose? (after the initial ‘weight loss’ that happens after birth). I gained a total of 30lbs during my pregnancy, lost 20lbs the first week post birth (I did not even try -my midwife weighed me at my appointment and I was surprised to see so much weight loss) so now have the last 10lbs to go but I don’t think I have lost anything in 2 months. My body is definitely changing, leaner, definition etc but it is taking time to lose the fat around my midsection. How long did it take you to lose any extra baby weight? I have seen your progress photos on your blog (you look great!) did it take the full 6 months for you to lose the weight? Did you find you were losing consistently each month or was it slow? I love your frequent posts and fun food ideas…very motivating! : ) Keep it up : ) Have a great night!
First off, Congrats on your brand new baby girl!!
I read through your email and it honestly sounds like you are on the right track and doing exactly what needs to be done to get back to your post baby body. It took me a few months before I was able to fit in my post baby jeans and I think it took about 5-6 months before I had lost all my weight from having a baby.
I’m so glad you found me and my blog. I wish you all the best! Stay in touch, k!
XOXO,
Angel
Thank you Angel!! It was easier getting right back into great shape after my first and it’s a bit different now, I somehow had more belly fat this time around. Patience and consistency as always I guess ; ) I am in Northern Cali, in the sierra foothills just about 1hr north of Sacramento. Where are you?I ‘liked’ your facebook page today. Nice work on the blog I check it daily!! : )
in the recipe you mentioned “pb2″ as n ingredient.. what is that?
thanks!
Donna
