It’s Monday again!
Who needs a little push to start this week off right? I do! I do!
I created this TV workout because it seems the colder outside it gets the more time I want to spend cuddled on the couch. While no more excuses…join me and fit in some of these moves while watching TV. Melt, Burn and Torch those calories away! No equipment is needed, so no excuses are allowed!

Eats from yesterday…
I woke up craving something sweet. To drink I made pumpkin pie coffee and a pumpkin pie protein shake with vanilla protein powder and pumpkin puree as the key ingredients. To eat, I topped a sweet potato with greek yogurt that was flavored with pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and stevia…it was great! The sweet potato was a little too big though and I wasn’t able to finish it all.
After church, we went to a restaurant called Buckhorn Grill. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a side of roasted veggies and requested the hubs to order sweet potato fries as his side so I can have a few, everything was really good!
I think I’m addicted to eggs!? Since I didn’t have them this morning, I was craving them for dinner, so that’s what I had!
Into the bowl went, eggs, ham and salsa, topped with guacamole and sriracha.

Gah! Wish I had this to print up yesterday . . . it would have perfect for while we watched the Bear’s game in the afternoon. Next time–because it looks like a great guide. Thanks!
