Good Morning Everyone!

Before we get into what’s in the ‘bag’, I wanted to share with you the delicious dinner I had last night.

It’s a stuffed pepper, ‘stuffed’ with my turkey chili muffin ingredients.  It was almost too cute to eat but I dug in anyway and it sure was delicious! :)

Now – on to the Eat Clean, Be Fit, Live Well travel bag!

Eat Right

Kind bars and Quest bars – delicious, filling and good for you.

Simply Snackin jerkey, I love that these are made of skinless chicken breast meat. :) 90 calorie Barney almond butter – tastes good and I love the portion control.

 

 

100% Whey Gold Standard protein powder – I haven’t tried a flavor yet, I don’t love!

Sugar free gum, green tea & stevia

Trail Mix (Kashi Go Lean cereal mixed with almonds, walnuts, pistachios & dried cranberries)

 

In a cute Itzy Ritzy bag – I originally bought a few snack bags for my daughter and had to get this cute one for myself! ;)

Turkey Chili Muffins – Yum! :)

Be Fit

Workout Dvd’s, resistance bands, rubber bands, head band & my sport mixer blender bottle.

Jump Rope & Polar Heartbeat monitor

Live Well
