Who doesn’t like a new circuit with photos to show you how to do the moves?  I know I’m a HUGE fan of them! :)  Today is my last day of vaca, so I’ll be back posting my ‘normal’ posts tomorrow.

First on the list – lean thighs, no lunges! All you need is a chair for the 1st two circuits!
